1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to PLYAZ Ltd (“PLYAZ”, “we”, “our”, or “us”)

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the PLYAZ website, mobile application, and all related services (collectively, the “Platform”).

By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Platform.

At this stage, the Platform operates as a community and networking environment only. Users may create verified profiles and engage with other members of the football community. No payment processing, campaign funding, or financial transaction functionality is currently active.

PLYAZ provides a secure and transparent digital platform designed to connect verified football stakeholders — including released players, agents, clubs, fans, and governing bodies — within an ethical and compliant ecosystem.
PLYAZ acts solely as a technology facilitator, not an intermediary, employment agency, or representation service.

2. Definitions

For clarity throughout these Terms:

• “User” refers to any individual or organization registered on the Platform, including players, agents, clubs, governing bodies, and supporters.

• “Player Profile” means a verified online profile created by a player containing personal and football-related information, achievements, and updates.

• “Campaign” means a time-limited funding initiative created by a player to support football-related development activities such as training, travel, or recovery. (Note: Campaign features are not currently active.)

• “Agent Partner” means a licensed football intermediary verified by PLYAZ.

• “Supporter Contribution” refers to voluntary funding provided by a registered supporter through approved payment channels (not yet enabled).

• “Future Fund” means PLYAZ’s community-governed pool supporting welfare, education, and mental-health initiatives (to be activated in a later release).

3. Eligibility and Verification

To register for a PLYAZ account, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration; and

• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

PLYAZ strictly prohibits registration or use of the Platform by anyone under the age of 18.
We may request proof of age and identity during registration or at any time thereafter.

All users must complete any required identity or compliance verification processes before accessing certain features.

PLYAZ reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or revoke access for any user who fails verification requirements or provides false or misleading information.

Agents must hold a valid FA intermediary licence or equivalent certification and agree to comply with all relevant football regulatory standards.

4. Account Registration and Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

• Providing accurate, current, and complete registration details;

• Keeping login credentials confidential;

• Ensuring compliance with these Terms and applicable laws.

PLYAZ may suspend or terminate accounts involved in misuse, misrepresentation, or breach of compliance obligations.

PLYAZ does not monitor private user communications except as required by law or under formal compliance obligations.

5. Acceptable Use

Users must use the Platform only for lawful and ethical purposes. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Violating any local, national, or international law or regulation;

• Uploading or distributing defamatory, abusive, or harmful content;

• Offering or requesting payments for player representation outside approved mechanisms;

• Using the Platform for gambling, speculation, or unauthorised investment activities;

• Attempting to compromise the security, integrity, or performance of the Platform;

• Misrepresenting identity, credentials, or affiliation.

PLYAZ reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action, including account suspension or termination.

6. Financial Transactions and Funding

At present, the Platform does not support any financial transactions, campaign creation, or payment processing.

All financial features, including player campaigns, supporter contributions, or fund management, are inactive during this community phase.

When introduced, these features will be processed via FCA-regulated partners using secure payment gateways that meet Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) standards.

At that time, all KYC and AML verification will be conducted directly by the payment partner.

Until such functionality is launched:

• No payments can be made or received on the Platform;

• No campaign or financial contribution activity is permitted; and

• PLYAZ does not collect, store, or process any payment or financial data.

PLYAZ acts solely as a technology facilitator for community engagement and does not hold or manage funds on behalf of users.

7. Data Protection and Privacy

PLYAZ collects and processes personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018, as described in our Privacy Policy.

We implement strict technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data, including:

• Encryption of data in transit and at rest;

• Secure data storage through accredited hosting partners;

• Anonymised analytics for performance reporting.

By using the Platform, you consent to PLYAZ’s lawful processing of your personal data as set out in the Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property on the Platform — including software, design, trademarks, and branding — is owned or licensed by PLYAZ.

Users retain ownership of any content uploaded (e.g., videos, photos, or written material) but grant PLYAZ a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to display, reproduce, and promote such content solely in connection with Platform functionality and community engagement.

Users must not copy, modify, distribute, or otherwise exploit any portion of the Platform without prior written consent from PLYAZ.

9. Verification, Compliance, and Integrity

PLYAZ operates in alignment with Football Association (FA), Premier League, and FIFA compliance frameworks.

• All agents and professionals must be verified through relevant licensing checks.

• Direct outreach to unverified users or misrepresentation of credentials is prohibited.

• Users may report compliance or conduct concerns via official reporting channels.

• PLYAZ reserves the right to suspend access pending investigation of any alleged breach.

10. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. PLYAZ makes no representation or warranty of any kind regarding:

• The accuracy or completeness of user content;

• The success or outcome of any future campaigns or partnerships;

• Continuous, error-free operation of the Platform.

PLYAZ disclaims all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PLYAZ, its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to:

• Use or inability to use the Platform;

• User-generated content or third-party interactions;

• Future campaign performance or failure;

• Loss of data, goodwill, or opportunity.

In no event shall PLYAZ’s total aggregate liability exceed the total amount paid by the user to PLYAZ during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PLYAZ, its officers, directors, employees, and partners from and against all claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your breach of these Terms;

• Violation of any applicable law or regulation;

• Misuse of the Platform or services.

13. Suspension and Termination

PLYAZ may suspend or terminate access to the Platform, without prior notice, if:

• You breach these Terms or any applicable law;

• You engage in fraudulent, misleading, or harmful conduct; or

• You fail to maintain verification or compliance standards.

Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms shall immediately cease.

Provisions relating to intellectual property, liability, and indemnification will survive termination.

14. Reporting, Complaints, and Dispute Resolution

Users may report compliance or conduct concerns directly to PLYAZ via official contact channels.

Commercial or contractual disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation.
If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration under the Arbitration Act 1996 (UK).

PLYAZ may refer football-related compliance matters to appropriate governing bodies such as the FA or FIFA, where applicable.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

You agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms.
